Hello, football fans, today I want to discuss which picks I got correct and which ones I got wrong! So, let’s get started, shall we?! I predicted that the Rams would beat the Jags 24-10, but the final score was 35-7 Rams over the Jags in a huge blowout. Matthew Stafford threw 5 touchdown passes for the Rams. I predicted that the Eagles would beat the Vikings 27-20, but the final score was 28-22 Eagles over the Vikings. I predicted that the Pats would beat the Titans 35-13, but the final score was 31-13 Pats over the Titans. My prediction there was very close!!! I predicted that the Browns would beat the Dolphins 21-16, but the final score was 31-6 Browns over the Dolphins. I predicted that the Panthers would beat the Jets 17-14, but the final score was 13-6 Panthers over the Jets. I predicted that the Bears would beat the Saints 27-19, but the final score was 26-14 Bears over the Saints. I predicted that the Chiefs would beat the Raiders 45-16, but the final score was 31-0 Chiefs over the Raiders in a blowout and a shutout. I predicted that the Broncos would beat the Giants 31-26, but the final score was 33-32 Broncos over the Giants in the amazing comeback. The Broncos were down 19-0, but they scored 33 unanswered points in the second half and avoided a big upset loss to the Giants. The Giants had that game and have been leading for almost the entire game. I predicted that the Packers would beat the Cards 38-27, but the final score was 27-23 Packers over the Cards. The Cards once again lose when they have to try and win the game with a touchdown or a field goal. They have not quite figure out a way to close out games and shoot themselves in the foot. The Cards will be going into their bye week starting tomorrow. I predicted that the Cowboys would beat the Commanders 40-30, but the final score was 44-22 Cowboys over the Commanders. I predicted that the 49ers would beat the Falcons 31-17, but the final score was 20-10 49ers over the Falcons. I predicted that the Lions would beat the Bucs 34-19, but the final score was 24-9 Lions over the Bucs. I predicted that the Seahawks would beat the Texans 38-20, but the final score was 27-19 Seahawks over the Texans.
I predicted that the Chargers would beat the Colts 31-27, but the final score was 38-24 Colts over the Chargers. Overall, I have gotten 13 out of 14 picks correct!!!!! And I am 59-21-1 on my picks based on the blogs I have made!! I only got 1 pick wrong!!!! Now, let’s get to the NFL week 8 picks, shall we?! The first game I will predict is the Dolphins @Falcons game. The Falcons starting quarterback Michael Penix will not play tomorrow due to his bone bruise injury and Kirk Cousins will be starting instead for the Falcons. I still think the Falcons will beat the Dolphins 27-14. The next game I will predict is the Bears @Ravens game. Well, Lamar Jackson is still out and will not play again. The Ravens defense is still struggling and the Bears have all the momentum right now. So, I think the Bears will beat the Ravens 30-13. The next game I will predict is the Jets @Bengals game. I think the Bengals will beat the Jets 34-6. The next game I will predict is the Bills @Panthers game. I think the Bills will easily beat the Panthers 44-16. The next game I will predict is the 49ers @Texans game. Demeco Ryans is coaching for the Texans and was with the 49ers before. I think the 49ers despite their injuries will beat the Texans 20-13. The next game I will predict is the Browns @Pats game. I think the Pats will beat the Browns 21-16. The next game I will predict is the Giants @Eagles game, the divisional rivalries and a rematch. This time I think the Eagles will beat the Giants 36-20. The next game I will predict is the Bucs @Saints game, the divisional rivalries. I think the Bucs will beat the Saints 28-13. The next game I will predict is the Titans @Colts game, the divisional rivalries. I think the Colts will easily beat the Titans 45-3. The next game I will predict is the Cowboys @Broncos game. Both of these teams are coming off with their victories. The Broncos defense is pretty good and the Cowboys offense is explosive especially now that Cee Dee Lamb is back in the lineup. I think in a very close game the Denver Broncos will barely squeak out a win in a great shootout 40-37. The next game I will predict is the Packers @Steelers on Sunday night football. I think the Packers will beat the Steelers 31-23. The last game I will predict is the Commanders @Chiefs game on Monday night football. The Commanders starting quarterback Jayden Daniels is out and the backup Marcus Mariota will be starting. The two wide receivers Terry McLaurin and Deebo Samuel are going to play on Monday. I think the Chiefs will beat the Commanders 39-17.
