Hello football fans! Today I want to discuss which picks I got correct and which ones I got wrong! So, let’s get started! I predicted that the Jags would beat the Eagles and the final score was 19-17 Jags over the Eagles on a game-winning field goal after the Eagles made a mistake allowing a kickoff return that set up the kick by Cam Little. I predicted that the Jets would beat the Browns and the final score was 17-12 Jets over the Browns. I predicted that the Bengals would beat the Dolphins and the final score was 31-24 Bengals over the Dolphins. I predicted that the Vikings would beat the Saints and the final score was 23-13 Vikings over the Saints. I predicted that the Texans would beat the Titans and the final score was26-3 Texans over the Titans. I predicted that the Packers would beat the Bears and the final score was 31-7 Packers over the Bears. I predicted that the Broncos would beat the Chargers and the final score was 23-17 Broncos over the Chargers. I predicted that the Lions would beat the Cards and the final score was 45-21 Lions over the Cards in a blowout. I predicted that the Bills would beat the Rams and the final score was 37-34 Bills over the Rams in a massive shootout in overtime. The Bills special teams blocked Harrison Mevis’s game-winning kick after James Cook on the Bills fumbled and it gave Josh Allen to use his legs like he usually does to set up a game-winning field goal. The Rams meanwhile have officially moved on from their current kicker prior to the block kick.
I predicted that the Colts would beat the Steelers and the final score was 34-22 Steelers over the Colts. I predicted that the Commanders would beat the Giants, however, no one won that game as it was tied at 27 because the Commanders QB Jayden Daniels decided to run out the clock in overtime and then it expired. That was a miss opportunity to win the game if I were the QB and a head coach who was frustrated. I predicted that the Raiders would beat the Pats and the final score was 45-17 Pats over the Raiders in a blowout. I predicted that the Seahawks would beat the 49ers and the final score was 32-29 49ers over the Seahawks in a close game. Cooper Kupp on the Seahawks WR tried to dive for the first down by reaching the ball out, but the officials ruled him just short of the first down and 4th down. I predicted that the Falcons would beat the Ravens and the final score was 30-23 Ravens over the Falcons in overtime. The Ravens offense led by Tyler Huntley led a game tying TD drive under 2 minutes in the 4th quarter and then took all sorts of time driving down the field in overtime to score a TD and then Tua threw an interception to seal the deal and a win for the Ravens.
Overall, I have gotten 9 out of 14 picks correct!!! My total record of my picks now 52-24-1, but my updated record of me picking the Seahawks to beat the Broncos and the final score was 17-14 Broncos over the Seahawks in overtime but a low scoring game. Sam Darnold was picked off when his offense took the field first in overtime. The Broncos took advantage and kicked a game-winning field goal. My record is officially 52-25-1!!!! Not too bad at all and I’ll take it!! The number 1 in case you don’t know means that there is one game that ended in a tie. Now, let’s get to the NFL week 6 picks, shall we?! The first game I will predict is the Texans vs Jags in the international game, the divisional rivalries. It is an NFL debut for Marvin Harrison Jr who was just traded from the Arizona Cardinals. Let’s see how he plays out. I think the Texans will beat the Jags. The next game I will predict is the Bears @Falcons game. Caleb Williams is back in action. I think the Bears will beat the Falcons. The next game I will predict is the Titans @Colts game, the divisional rivalries. I think the Colts will beat the Titans. The next game I will predict is the Ravens @Browns game, the divisional rivalries. I think the Browns will beat the Ravens. The next game I will predict is the Saints @Giants game. I think the Giants will beat the Saints. The next game I will predict is the Jets @Pats game, the divisional rivalries. I think the Pats will beat the Jets. The next game I will predict is the Steelers @Bucs game. I think the Steelers will beat the Bucs. The next game I will predict is the Panthers @Eagles game. I think the Panthers will beat the Eagles. The next game I will predict is the Cards @Rams game, the divisional rivalries. I think the Rams will easily beat the Cards. The next game I will predict is the Chargers @Chiefs game, the divisional rivalries. I think the Chiefs will beat the Chargers. The next game I will predict is the Bills @Raiders game. I think the Raiders will beat the Bills. The next game I will predict is the Cowboys @Packers game on Sunday night football. I think the Packers will beat the Cowboys. The last game I will predict is the Commanders @49ers game on Monday night football. I think the 49ers will beat the Commanders.
