Over the weekend of August 26th, 2016 I had the chance to attend Nerd Con in Escondido, CA. I went into the weekend thinking it was a small con and there wouldn’t be much to see. Boy, I was wrong. From the cosplayers (who were terrific), to the programming like The Video Games (stage fighting in a Hunger Games type scenario), to the live music overall it was a very fun convention.
