Good evening football fans! Today I want to discuss which picks I got correct and which ones I got wrong! So, let’s get started, shall we?! I predicted that the Cowboys would beat the Giants 38-20, but the final score was 40-37 Cowboys over the Giants in overtime win shootout. The Cowboys went down the field and kicked a game-winning field goal after their defense intercepted Russell Wilson. I predicted that the Rams would beat the Titans 38-16, but the final score was 33-19 Rams over the Titans. I predicted that the Bills would beat the Jets 31-21, but the final score was 30-10 Bills over the Jets. I predicted that the 49ers would beat the Saints 20-17, but the final score was 26-21 49ers over the Saints. I predicted that the Ravens would beat the Browns 34-23, but the final score was 41-17 Ravens over the Browns. I predicted that the Lions would beat the Bears 27-20, but the final score was 52-21 Lions over the Bears in a huge blowout. Ama Ra St. Brown, the Lions wide receiver caught 3 touchdown passes. I predicted that the Cards would beat the Panthers 33-16, but the final score was 27-22 Cardinals over the Panthers. They held onto the lead after the Panthers made it interesting after being down 27-9. I predicted that the Eagles would beat the Chiefs in a Super Bowl rematch 24-20, but the final score was 20-17 Eagles over the Chiefs. I predicted that the Chargers would beat the Raiders 27-20, but the final score was 20-9 Chargers over the Raiders.
I predicted that the Steelers would beat the Seahawks 34-17, but the final score was 31-17 Seahawks over the Steelers. I predicted that the Vikings would beat the Falcons 31-17, but the final score was 22-6 Falcons over the Vikings. I predicted that the Texans would beat the Bucs 21-17, but the final score was 20-19 Bucs barely over the Texans. Houston almost beat the Bucs.
Overall, I have gotten 9 out of 12 picks correct!!!! Now, let’s get to the NFL week 3 picks, shall we?! The first game I will predict is the Bengals @Vikings game. Both teams will be starting their backup quarterbacks. Jake Browning for the Bengals and Carson Wentz for the Vikings. I think the Vikings will beat the Bengals 25-16. The next game I will predict is the Colts @Titans game, the divisional rivalries. I think the Colts will beat the titans 34-23. The next game I will predict is the Raiders @Commanders game. I think the Commanders will beat the Raiders 33-13. The next game I will predict is the Rams @Eagles game. I think the Eagles will beat the Rams 37-27. The next game I will predict is the Steelers @Pats game. I think the Steelers will beat the Pats 34-16. The next game I will predict is the Packers @Browns game. I think the Packers will beat the Browns 38-17. The next game I will predict is the Broncos @Chargers game, the divisional rivalries. I think the Chargers will barely beat the Broncos 24-21. The next game I will predict is the Saints @Seahawks game. I think the Seahawks will beat the Saints 27-13. The next game I will predict is the Cowboys @Bears game. I think the Cowboys will beat the Bears 40-23. The next game I will predict is the Cards @49ers game, the divisional rivalries. Both of these teams are coming off with their wins. The Cards and 49ers both have some injuries especially at the corner back situation on Arizona’s side. 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy is typically hurt and is questionable to play. I actually think the 49ers will beat the Cards 21-17. The next game I will predict is the Chiefs @Giants game on Sunday night football. I think the Chiefs will beat the Giants 34-17. The last game I will predict is the Lions @Ravens game on Monday night football. I think the Ravens will beat the Lions 34-27.
